1. Nature of the service

ZenithFX provides information, education, tools, listings and a community. It is not a broker, investment adviser or financial institution and does not hold funds or execute transactions.

2. No advice

Nothing on the site, including within paid memberships, is individualised financial advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

3. Accounts and memberships

You must provide accurate details and keep your password secure. Paid plans renew for the period chosen and can be cancelled at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Until card billing is enabled, plan requests are confirmed by email and invoiced.

4. Accuracy

We work to keep information accurate and sourced but make no warranty. Firm details can change; verify with the firm and its regulator.

5. Community conduct

No guaranteed-profit claims, fake results, spam, impersonation, unverified regulation claims or coordinated promotion. We may remove content and suspend accounts.

6. Firm listings

Firms are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and for their conduct toward visitors who contact them. Paid placement is labelled and does not constitute endorsement.

7. Tools

Tools are provided "as is" for educational calculation. Do not rely on them for execution.
